The MP7 is hands down the best weapon in Insurgency: Sandstorm. The sheer rate of fire, controllability, and lethality of this micro monster means you have an advantage in all short and medium range engagements. To demonstrate the MP7's dominance, here are two games of Domination where I finish with great kill-death ratios (while still playing the objective, of course!). The first is Ministry during the Night PvP playlist. Though I get caught out in a few weird corner camps, you can see that this little death machine wins me more than my fair share of fights. The second game is on Crossing during the day. I spent most of my time owning B, but you can see that even a valiant effort by a single player can't save a game where everyone else seems to be allergic to the objectives.
